Alison walks our puppy, George, twice a week - she’s great, very flexible and was a complete superstar when George was ill.. she gave us loads of useful advice and helped us to get him back to his normal bouncy self!! Would highly recommend .

Spotted one cat had cystitis and offered to take him to the vet. We got a family member to do that but she was great at administrating the antibiotics afterwards.

Poppy's owner has arthritis, and can't walk her anymore. She has been one of my longest term customers, and we always have a nice chat when I pick Poppy up or drop her off. I sometimes run small errands for her, and take Poppy to the groomers.

June says "My Poppy is important. I love her very much. Through difficult times, Poppy loves me and I love her. I am glad that I have Alison, Poppy loves her walks."

I live in Cheltenham and snuck two guinea pigs into the house after I lost my first guide dog. I felt so low and knew that my childhood love of guinea pigs would help me through. It was great to have something to look after, take responsibility for and nurture again. Doing their feeding, grooming and cleaning is really important for me. However I got in touch with PAWS because I’m not able to trim their nails. Alison has even found a socially distanced way of doing this!

Now that I have my second dog, our furry family is complete. Being registered blind means that it’s not always easy to take my dog out for a run out of harness. She needs lots of exercise and Alison’s been so helpful. My dog adores her and with Alison’s way with animals, she is in safe hands. I have also had help from the PAWS Team to get my pets to the vets for checkups and Alison has gone above and beyond when they have been ill. I haven’t been able to go out on my own since the lockdown. I’m so grateful that my dog can still have her freedom with the help of the PAWS Team.
